Alexander Dorogov graduated from the State Finance Academy in Moscow with a degree in financial management. Prior to joining TSGM in November 2008, he was Chief Financial Officer of the Alumina division of UC Rusal from 2005 to 2008. Between 2001 and 2005 he held various senior positions with the private investment fund Arlan, supervising the acquisition of gold mines in Siberia and Far East Russia, and previously spent five years with United Financial Group.

Mikhail Nikitin (Aged 51) Managing Director

Mikhail Nikitin, who was educated at the Dnepropetrovsk Institute of Engineering and Construction, has 27 years of engineering/construction experience, including ten years in the resources sector. Prior to becoming Managing Director of TZ in 2008, he spent five years as Chief Engineer of Alprotek, involved in the construction of industrial buildings, boiler houses and power networks.

Alexei Yu (Aged 32) Project Manager, Asacha

Alexei Yu qualified as a civil lawyer with the Moscow Humanitarian and Economic Institute. In addition to legal consulting work in the industrial and construction sectors over a ten year period with Daily Consulting, he spent four years with Alprotek in Moscow, before joining TSGM as Director for Construction in 2008.
