Trans-Siberian Gold plc is a UK based, AIM listed holding company for Russian incorporated entities with the purpose of exploration and mining in the Russian Federation.

On 4 August 2010 TSG plc completed the acquisition of the remaining 4.97% minority shareholding in ZAO Trevozhnoye Zarevo (TZ), thereby increasing its interest in the Asacha and Rodnikova projects to 100%.

Trans-Siberian Gold sold its two Krasnoyarsk subsidiaries, OOO GRK Amikan and OOO AS APK, to AngloGold Ashanti in June 2007.

Employees

At August 2010 the Group had a total of 357 permanent employees based in Russia and the UK.
